Universal access to HIV/AIDS treatment and care for every country. This was one the United Nation's eight Millennium Development Goals for 2015, arguably one of the largest undertakings the UN had set for themselves yet.

By focusing on children suffering from HIV/AIDS in certain countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, the goal is to see how the coverage (amount of treatment received divided by the amount of treatment needed), or access to needed antiretroviral treatment from 2006 to 2009 correlated with other monetary, social, governmental, and educational factors in each country.

Information obtained from the CIA World Factbook (2010) and the 2007 and 2009 Universal Access Report completed by UNAIDS.
